OUR STORY

The company began its activities in October / 2004 - in a small rented room of approximately 35m², located in the municipality of Santa Helena Extreme West of Paraná, city with approximately 26 thousand inhabitants and with an agricultural vocation.

In this place began the history of one of the best and most well-known technology development companies for the agribusiness industry, operating throughout Brazil and some Mercosur countries.

Based on the initiative of two bold entrepreneurs, with technical training and Technologists in Electromechanics, CEFET and UTFPR emerged the R ELETROMECÂNICA. The initial objective of the company was the development of systems for Industrial Automation, its founders had extensive experience in factory floor maintenance and maintenance team managers, even with great baggage the first difficulties arose, among them the need for training and habilitation to act in the engineering and control segment, the way was to go back to the university bank immediately, there were 5 long years, divided between the challenges of first-time entrepreneur, distance to college (240) Km between go and return and the family.

In the first year of 2005, the challenge was to undertake in a country like ours and the difficulties of any beginner, and even with all the adversities that have arisen, the company and its entrepreneurs have won the prize of Entrepreneur of the year, provided by UTFPR.

In consecutive years, the company has grown rapidly and in a sustainable way, incorporating excellent professionals and expanding to other businesses linked or not to the initial segment.

At the beginning of 2006 the company changed its address and began to operate in a building with a physical structure of 350m².

Also in 2006, the company, with the aim of increasingly specializing and giving a better quality to the work developed, created two segments for the company, RA Automação Industrial and RA Eletromecânica Industrial, which were responsible for the electric sectors , automation, industrial maintenance and development of liquid micro dosage systems, respectively, directed to Agribusiness Industries.

In 2013, in order to diversify, RVA HIDROSISTEMAS was created with the focus on centralized and conventional irrigation systems, where R A now holds 66% of the quotas of this business.

In 2014, PRECISESYS, a company focused on the development, design and manufacture of equipment and systems for Micro Dosage of DRY products was created, where R ELETROMECÂNICA holds 50% of the quotas of this business.

In 2015, through a project in partnership with the city hall, in a land of 5.000m², designed and built a building of approximately 1.150m², where the company is currently installed.

In 2016, there was a change in the corporate structure of the company, with the departure of one of the partners, the remaining partner together with his team reorganized the structure of the company to better meet the demands and challenges for the coming decades.

In 2016, the company incorporated 10% of the quotas of the company Sustentabio, an industry destined to the processing and industrialization of pelleted hay, a company that is also located in Santa Helena, with an active market throughout the country.
